Dabu dabu dinner
Dabu dabu dinner. This was awesome!! Thin sliced pork simmer with sake, salt, and pepper. Topped with scrambled egg. We had some nasu(Japanese eggplant) and potato salad with dinner. Also, a side of Asahi super dry.
